Windows 10: PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent

i bought 80 robux on the microsoft store and i didnt get the robux but the money was taken from my account, and i cant buy the 80 robux again because it says that i already own this item

PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent - Cannot play Minecraft.

Hi,

I have owned minecraft for many years. Now, on this computer, Minecraft launcher says "Buy Now" instead of "Play". I attempted to purchase the game again, but wwas met with the error message: "PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent".

I'd love a resolution that doesnt require me buying the game I already own again

Error with PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent

I understand that you get a PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent error after buying something from the Microsoft Store,which may occur when you try to install or update an application or game that you already own or have installed on another device. You can try these steps to resolve this error.

- Log out of your Microsoft account and log back in

- Check your order history to make sure you have successfully completed your purchase

If you are still having the same problem, try buying again by changing your account and logging into the Microsoft Store.

If you don't have another account on your system try creating a new local administrator account to sign in.
