Windows 10: PUP/browser hijacker wont go away

I have some kind of malware on my chrome browser which i've tried alot to make go away. When I search somethin up, right before result come up, the link turns into yoursearchbar then turns into some bing link. And there is an extension named, Your Search Bar, that i cannot delete since my browser is organized by some organization I am on my personal computer and I am not logged into my school account. I've noticed that it also affects my microsoft edge too and says that my browser is organized by an organization. I've followed the instrustions of this website https://malwaretips.com/blogs/br

After reading what you went through I would strongly suggest you read the advice of Monkey57 and try his steps. Normally

Browser hijackers don't show this kind of behavior and more could be going on. Normally I don't suggest Resetting your computer but in this case....

browser hijacked

I've removed viruses using Avast & Malwarebytes but still get browser redirects when trying to go to any Microsoft sites or update page. Any suggestions?
