Windows 10: PUA security says PUA found, but does not show what it is or actions for it!

For about a month now, since the update for windows back then, I have been getting a Potentially Unwanted Application found notification every time I start my computer and it boots into Windows 10. When I go to the Action Centre, it shows the notifications but nothing seems to reveal what this PUA is, where it is, and when I click start actions, it does not appear to do anything. In the protection history, nothing seems to be listed. Why? And how do I fix it?I am running Windows 10 2h22, and I have NVDA ScreenReader as my ONLY start up app on windows start and login screen because I an vis

PUA not deleted or quarantined by Windows Defender

A PUA is not actually malware, it is an application on your PC that Defender deems to be possibly unsafe.

Please provide a screenshot of the history list in Defender showing the PUA's it has found on your PC.

Thank you for the screenshot, Defend does not list the app it considers to be a PUA, the best option is to perform an offline scan with Defender, then download the free version of Malwarebytes and run a full scan with that, those scans should remove the PUA from your PC.
