Windows 10: Problems with Boot Camp Assistant Mac

2 days ago I installed Windows 10 on Boot Camp Assistant. Everything went perfectly except for:Scroll Direction: The scroll direction is not proper. I'm using a trackpad btw, not an external mouse.Volume Boop: Whenever I adjust the volume, there's a sound that plays similar to the alert sound "Boop" in how loud the volume is. This is not a real problem, but it's annoying.Secondary Click: I am forced to use two fingers instead of right-click to make a secondary click.I can't find any relevant options to fix this. Bluetooth is not working with Boot Camp after upgrading to Windows 10

Hi,

To enable your Bluetooth, run the Boot Camp Assistant from the Utilities folder on your Mac and install the support software, which includes the latest drivers you need for Bluetooth.

  Check for software updates to make sure OS X, your Mac firmware, and Boot Camp Assistant are
  up to date.

  Run Boot Camp Assistant and install the support software, which includes the latest Boot Camp drivers you need for Bluetooth.

After reinstalling the drivers, all paired devices from Windows 8.1 should still be paired and usable.

 

Mac OS boot camp

If you are running macOS Sierra 10.12.5 or later, Windows 10 1703 or later should be sufficient.

All you need to do is download the ISO file:

Download Windows 10

Press Command key + Space bar

Type: Boot Camp

or Open the Finder > Applications > Utilities > Boot Camp

Launch Boot Camp

Click Continue

Click Browse

Select the ISO file you just downloaded

Resize the partition - I recommend about 40 to 50 GBs or more when dual booting with Windows. See the following article for more information about deciding on space:

Click Install

Wait while partitions the disk

Downloads Windows Support software

Your Mac will automatically restart and Boot into Windows 10 setup.

Remember to choose the partition during setup named BOOTCAMP.

You should be good to go.

 

Boot Camp Assistant not accepting Windows 10 .iso file

The System Integrity Protection in newer versions of OS X prevents modification of Boot Camp Assistant.app/, as suggested by other answers. I tried duplicating the file and I was able to modify the duplicate, but it didn't fix the issue for me.

I solved this problem by tricking Boot Camp Assistant with a Windows 8 ISO.

1. Download both Windows 8 and Windows 10 ISOs from Microsoft (you don't need a license to download the installers).
   
2. Create a copy of the Windows 8 ISO and name it windows.iso.
   
3. Select windows.iso in Boot Camp Assistant. It should accept it.
   
4. When it prompts you to confirm that you want to format the disk, wait.
   
5. Delete windows.iso.
   
6. Open the Trash, right-click on windows.iso and select "Delete Immediately". (Emptying the Trash will fail because it was already opened, but specifying it directly seems to avoid this.)
   
7. Rename the Windows 10 ISO to windows.iso.
   
8. Return to Boot Camp Assisant and confirm, to continue the process.
   

After using the Windows 8 ISO to pass the verification process, it can successfully use the Windows 10 ISO we swap in to create and use an installation disk. I'm making this post from a resulting Windows 10 installation on my iMac.
