Windows 10: Problem with windows user account

I have been using Windows 10 in my device for more than a year now. The my start bar search or task bar search is not working. I looked up in the task manager and found that searchApp.exe is disabled for some reason. I tried to end process so that it can start once I use search but serchAPP.exe starts and then it becomes disabled and suspended. It worked fine in safe mode. Similarly I use ALT F4 all the time for closing programs and Shutdowning but for some reason it is working for closing windows or programs but not working while using to shutdown. Again this works fine in safemode. Also th

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Initially, I suggest you to run the Microsoft account troubleshooter.

Now try to switch from Microsoft account to Local account and check.

Remove account
