Windows 10: problem with wallpapors on 2 monitors

so i have 2 seperate wallpapers , problem is when i turn my pc off and on it changes to the same wallpaper and when i go to personalize and right click on a picture its saying set for monitor 2 and set for monitor 2 instead of set for monitor 1 and set for monitor 2 , it doesnt mater if i fix it everytime i turn the pc back on the 2 monitors have the same wallpapor again pls help

• What changes did you make in the BIOS? As making the changes in the BIOS is only recommended by Microsoft if done by the manufacturer.
  

• How are you connecting to the 2nd monitor?

Trouble with 2 monitors

I suggest you to change the settings to Extended Monitor and check if it helps.

Please follow below steps:

• Right Click any ware of the Desktop, and launch Personalization.
• Go to dual monitor settings under personalization, and change it Extended Monitor.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
