Windows 10: Problem with video capture 0xA00F4293 <VideoCaptureStartTimeOut> in windows 11

Good evening. I am facing the above problem. More specifically when I open the <<Camera>> application, and try to record a video, it shows me this. I can take a photo. I tried to solve it by uninstalling device and software, by command prompt, by uninstalling and reinstalling <<Camera>> app, through the registry editor, even by checking if the app has access to the camera and microphone. At this point I should note that when I open the camera there is no indication in the taskbar that the camera is in use, and it also takes a while to show the preview in the <<Cam

Laptop : Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 15ACH6

The error shows up when I try to record, and the app suddenly became so much sluggish after a normal, without any updates reboot. Also, I found out that settings app has also been sluggish and slow especially in the display's HDR tab. I know there is no connection between camera and HDR settings but after a normal reboot, WTH happened to my laptop ? Everything is so slow.

I tried everything I can, Diagnosing to Troubleshooting but nothing seems to work. Edit: I even tried to reinstall the Driver.

Hi, thank you so much for that information, in this case, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.
