Windows 10: problem with the Microsoft family features have tried most of the problems to solve this...

I am having a problem with the Microsoft family features I can't find it in services and when I try to log into it on the website it says I have to many attempts and the Microsoft family popup is keeping me from useing my computer please help I want to get rid of Microsoft family and take it off my system

Thank you for the reply. I have tried the method described in the two articles above, but have gotten no results. However, I have managed to get my browsers to work now. I looked through the forum article link you provided, and tried the link under
"Fix common child account issues".

Thanks for the help! Btw, are the two links about the family features/settings supposed to lead to the same article?

I'll also update if I run into any more relevant problems.
