Windows 10: Problem with Dell Laptop Latitude 7480 Touchpad Buttons

My Dell laptop's touchpad buttons aren't working right. There are four buttons—two on top and two at the bottom. The top ones, for left and right clicks, are causing trouble. When I press them, the cursor takes a second to respond. And if I press them while holding Shift or Ctrl, the cursor gets stuck. The bottom buttons have similar issues but don't have the delay when I press them. However, they also get stuck when I use them with Shift or Ctrl. "But when I roll back the version of the Dell touchpad my touchpad works properly. But after a few days cursor again starts stuck" I've tried updat

Can't reset Dell latitude 7480

No matter what I tried I can't factory reset my Dell latitude 7480 msg said could not reset ur device no changes were made

 

I want to disable touchpad on Dell laptop


These 7 steps allowed me to disable my touchpad (Dell laptop, Windows 10):

1. Win Start button
2. Type in "device manager"
3. Select Device Manager to open it
4. Click down arrow to left of "Mice and other..." to expand
5. Right click Dell Touchpad
6. Disable device
7. Yes

 

Persistent BSOD Issue on Dell Latitude 7480

I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out regarding a frustrating issue I've been experiencing with my Dell Latitude 7480 laptop. Despite trying numerous troubleshooting steps, including a full system restore, I'm still encountering frequent Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors.

My laptop restarts around 15 to 16 times a day due to these errors, and it's becoming increasingly disruptive to my work and daily tasks. Just to give you some background, my laptop's specs include an Intel Core i7-7600U CPU.

At this point, I'm unsure of what else to do and would greatly appreciate any guidance or support you can offer to resolve this issue.
