Update from 1909 to 2004 fail for Error 0xc1900209

Ok some notes:
1 - regarding upgrade to 2204 also with clean boot receive error 0xc1900209
2 - so if is ok i can try with with install In-Place with iso 2004 ?

Windows 10 update error 0xc1900209

I am getting this error, 0xc1900209, every time I try to run the latest Windows 10 update. It says that I need to uninstall Trend Micro 2016 but the problem is I cannot uninstall the program. It is not listed in the Apps or
the Start Menu. How do I uninstall a program that I cannot find?

Ok, to sum things up, here a few hints to identify the cause of error 0xc1900209.

According to
this technet article the error code stands for:

0xC1900209
The user has chosen to cancel because the system does not pass the compatibility scan to install the update. Setup.exe will report this error when it can upgrade the machine with user data but cannot migrate installed applications.
Incompatible software is blocking the upgrade process. Uninstall the application and try the upgrade again. See Windows
10 Pre-Upgrade Validation using SETUP.EXE for more information.

To identify the incompatible app, grab a Windows 10 install image (use Windows Media Creation Tool to download the appropriate Win 10 version) und mount it. Then execute the file setup.exe located in the root folder of the Win 10 install image. The upgrade
wizzard shall list incompatible apps.

In case, an unknown app is enlisted from upgrade troubleshooter, it's possible to analyze the xml files to find out more details. The steps are discussed within my blog posts.
