  2. Error installing Intel driver for my AX210 wifi card.

    Hi, dgomesreal

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

The error message you're encountering suggests that there's a problem with the uusbrain.dll file, which seems to be either corrupted or incompatible with your system. The error code 0xc0000428 indicates that Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:

    1. Run System File Checker:
      • Open Command Prompt as an administrator (you can search for 'cmd' in the Start menu, right-click on Command Prompt, and select 'Run as administrator').
      • Type sfc /scannow and press Enter. This will scan for and attempt to repair corrupted system files.
    2. Install in Compatibility Mode (if you're running an older version of Windows):
      • Right-click on the driver installation file and choose 'Properties'.
      • Go to the 'Compatibility' tab.
      • Check the box for 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' and select the version of Windows the driver is designed for.
      • Try running the installation again.
    3. Uninstalling the Driver:
      1. Access Device Manager: Press Windows Key + X and select Device Manager from the list, or search for "Device Manager" in the Start menu and open it.
      2. Locate the AX210 Wi-Fi Card:
        • In Device Manager, expand the Network adapters section.
        • Find your Intel AX210 Wi-Fi card in the list.
      3. Uninstall the Device:
        • Right-click on the Intel AX210 Wi-Fi card and select Uninstall device.
        • If prompted, check the box that says Delete the driver software for this device.
        • Click Uninstall to confirm.
      4. Remove Additional Software (if applicable):
        • Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
        • Look for any software related to the Intel AX210 Wi-Fi card and uninstall it.
      5. Restart Your Computer: After the uninstallation process is complete, restart your computer to ensure all changes take effect and the driver is completely removed.
      Reinstalling the Driver:
      1. Download the Latest Driver:
        • Before reinstalling, download the latest driver for your Intel AX210 Wi-Fi card from the official Intel website.
        • Make sure to choose the correct driver for your specific operating system version.
      2. Install the Driver:
        • Once the download is complete, locate the downloaded file (usually in your Downloads folder).
        • Double-click the file to run the installer.
        • Follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.
      3. Manual Driver Installation (if needed):
        • If the installer does not work for some reason, you can manually update the driver through Device Manager.
        • Open Device Manager again.
        • Expand the Network adapters section.
        • Your AX210 might appear as an unknown device or with a yellow exclamation mark if the driver is missing.
        • Right-click on the device and select Update driver.
        • Choose Browse my computer for driver software.
        • Click Browse and navigate to the location where you downloaded the driver.
        • Select the driver and click Next to install it.
      4. Restart Your Computer Again: After the installation is complete, restart your computer once more to ensure the new driver is properly loaded.
    4. Reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ 2xxx Redistributable

  3. Problem with Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX210 160MHz

    Hello, Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Thanks for your feedback, Based on the error messages you provided, it seems that there is an issue with the driver for your Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX210 160MHz network card. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Uninstall the current driver for the network card from the Device Manager and restart your computer. Windows should automatically install the latest driver for the network card.

    2. If the above step does not work, you can try downloading and installing the latest driver for the network card from the Intel website. Make sure to select the correct driver for your operating system and network card model.

    3. If the issue persists, you can try disabling any third-party antivirus or firewall software temporarily and see if that resolves the issue.

    4. If none of the above steps work, you can try contacting Intel support for further assistance. They may be able to provide more specific troubleshooting steps or offer a replacement if the network card is defective.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.

If my understanding is wrong, please point it out, so that I can assist you better.
