Windows 10: Problem pairing my Airpods Pro 2 to new Lenovo laptop AMD Ryzen, Windows 11 Pro

New Lenovo AMD Ryzen laptop not allowing me to pair my Airpods. They paired fine with my older Windows 10 laptop. Every time I pair it, it says done and then my laptop crashes and reboots itself! See picture below which I managed to get for the actual error details!By the way my new laptop paired perfectly well with my JBL earbuds which I unfortunately dislike using! so the laptop's Bluetooth seems to be working OK, but not OK when it tries to pair with my Airpods! Anyone knows a fix for this? Thank you!

1. Re-pair your AirPods: Remove your AirPods from the list of paired devices on your PC and then re-pair them. This could help reset the connection between your AirPods and your PC.
   
2. Reset your AirPods: According to Apple, you can reset your AirPods Pro by pressing and holding the setup button on the back of the charging case for about 15 seconds until you see the status light flashing amber. After resetting, you can try re-pairing them with your PC.
   
3. Disable the Hands-Free Telephony service: Go to Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Devices and Printers. Find your AirPods, right-click on them and select "Properties". Then go to the "Services" tab and uncheck "Hands-Free Telephony". Click Apply and OK, then try reconnecting your AirPods.
   
4. Check Bluetooth services: Press Win+R, type "services.msc" and press Enter. In the Services window, find "Bluetooth Support Service", right-click it and select "Restart". Then, right-click it again, select "Properties" and set the startup type to "Automatic". Repeat these steps for "Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service".
   
5. Check for interference: Other wireless devices and electronic equipment can interfere with Bluetooth connections. If possible, move your PC and AirPods away from other devices and try again.
   
6. Seek professional help: If none of these steps resolve your problem, it may be worth bringing your PC and AirPods to a professional for a check-up.

Airpod pro is pairing and connecting to WIndows 11 but no audio

Connected 2nd Gen Airpod Pro to my laptop. WHile pairing it tagged it as "AirPod Pro - Find My", not sure why its qualified as find my. I can connect the airpods but the audio is channeled to them
