Windows 10: problem on OFF and ON Device Encryption

I turned off my device encryption by mistake I have a window 11 and I forgotten to turn ON PC during the process, and by mistakenly I turn off my PC, when I checked again when I turn on my PC it shows like in the windows setting> privacy and security> device encryption "its showing Decryption in progress you can continue using your device".

You will be unable to change the activation waiting time on the Windows 10 Mobile once you enabled the device encryption. We suggest that you report your concern on the Feedback Hub to let our relevant team know about this. You can follow the steps below
on how to send a feedback:

• Go to All Apps, search for the Feedback
  Hub app.
• Open the menu icon at the top left side.
• Select Feedback, then at the top right side, tap the
  add button (+).
• Select Problem or Suggestion and fill up the box with the details needed.
• Select the right category and then submit it.

For us to be able to isolate your concern why your devices page says it is not encrypted when you've turn on encryption, kindly answer these questions:

• Does this happen before you encrypt the device?
• Which Windows version currently running on your device?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
