Windows 10: Printing from Publishers - paper sizes unuseable

For some reason, when I go to print in Publisher, all of my custom paper sizes I have entered are in the Unusable section from the paper size drop down menu. I am trying to print on a single sheet. They all show up and are accessible when I switch to tiled print. Is there a setting I need to change?

Publisher - Unable to print custom paper size of 8.5 x 13

I have a problem printing my documents in Publisher, the paper size is 8.5 x 13.

The printer is Epson L210, the driver is the latest version at all so I don't know why its happening.

These only happen in Publisher.

I created the paper size in 8.5 x 13, but every time I print it, the size is automatically setting into 8.5 x 14.
I also notice that the margin is automatically changing even though I set it to narrow and I wasn't able to define a custom paper size on the print.

Microsoft Print to PDF - custom paper sizes possible?

Hi,

We suggest that you try to set the paper size of the exact document first. You can create a custom page size before you proceed with
Microsoft Print to PDF, it should auto-detect the paper size of the document.

To set the paper size in Microsoft Office:

• Click on the Page Layout/Page Design tab.
• Click on Size, and then in the options available, click on
  More Paper Sizes...
• Click on the drop-down arrow and scroll down to the last option which is
  Custom size. You will be able to customize your preferred paper size.
• Once done, click on OK, and then proceed with Microsoft Print to PDF.

I suggest you do the following procedures for the possible resolution of the problem:

Printing is out of alignment or the size of the printed document is reduced when printing the document from Microsoft Word.

Please follow the steps below to set the paper size correctly.

1.Open the document with Word 2010.

2. Click to select the paper size in the Settings section and select the paper size you want to use for printing.

3. Click to select the paper size in the Settings section and select the paper size you want to use for printing.

"If the paper size shown appears as the chosen one, be sure to click on the menu and from the drop down menu choose the paper size again".

Example: If you are printing a Letter size and Letter document is shown, click on the drop down menu from the menu and choose "Letter" again.

4.Click Print.

5. If the document prints without any problems, click Save on the File menu.

This problem can only occur if the paper size was not defined before the document was created. Before printing the document, we recommend setting the paper size and saving the configuration, following the steps above.
