Windows 10: Printer won't print in color from photo gallery.

    Printer won't print in color from photo gallery.


    In windows 11 I tried the advance options, and it gave me 2 choices, grayscale or monochrome. Need to print in color.

    printer is not printing in color

    My printer is not printing photos in color anymore. There used to be an icon giving me the option for color or black and white. I admit I havn`t used my printer to print photos in months but this is a new one on me.

    no option to print in color in photo gallery

    On my Microsoft Surface Pro, there are issues with printing that I don't have on my laptop. Using Photo Gallery, there is no option to print in color or black and white. I click on Advanced settings and there is nothing there allowing me to change color
    printing. All the photos come out in black and white. Under Photos (the new photos viewer I believe) I can change to color but it will not apply and prints in black and white. It's frustrating and I end up having to email my photos to open on my laptop so
    I can print them in color. Sometimes I just prefer using the Surface Pro, esp if I'm going somewhere. My laptop is an old 17 inch Gateway that doesn't do well as a traveling device.

    On screen I see a yellow photo in Photo Gallery and it prints out pink. How can I change the settings to get the proper color? Thank you.
