Windows 10: Printer no longer prints in color

Using Windows 10, my printer Wireless HP Envoy 4520 no longer will print in color. The printer is old & no longer supported by HP. I can print in color from my tablet but not the desk top computer. Did a windows update do this? I have changed nothing nor installed anything new. Why is this happening and how do I fix. Thank you

HP printer not printing in color

I am using Windows 10 & HP printer, was printing in color as of late Oct. 2019 no longer prints in color. It does print in color using an IPAD or Phone. I implemented all the steps in the troubleshooter and it still will not print in color. The test
page does print in color. HP advised this is a Windows problem Need Help please.

 

Color printer no longer prints in color after upgrade.

Before the upgrade to 11, my printer worked fine. It is an Epson 4100 series and printed in color. After the update, my color printer no longer prints in color. We have tried turning it off and back on and did the troubleshoot for it but found no issues. Any ideas?

But just to follow up, I worked all of the steps suggested above. And I still can NOT select "Color" printing. Before I could not do any double-sided printing. Now it allows me to "MANUALLY" print double-sided, but not use the auto-duplex feature of the
printer.

Again, everything works EXACTLY as it should on other machines. Just not this one.

So, just to be safe, I am about to smash my printer with a rubber mallet. Seriously.

And I am going to go buy a MacBook and see if I can toss my SP4 from the roof of my apartment onto the roof across the street.

This is a #Failure.
