Windows 10: Printer is online but computer says its offline

Hello all,I’m having an issue with my Windows 11 HP laptop and printer Canon MG3600. One day, the printer out of nowhere showed up as offline. I’ve restared the computer, I’ve unplugged and restarted my printer, and nothing works. The printer is online and even works with another laptop, its just that it doesn’t work with mine. Does anyone have any ideas about why this could be happening and how to fix it?

Printers say (Offline) W-10

Oops They are both connected via WiFi and they worked fine at one time...... I'll check the advice you suggested.....

Bummer just checked and ran Troubleshoot and it told me to turn the printer on. (Which it was) So I tried to do a test print and got a message saying printer is OFFLINE..... So running Troubleshoot did no good...

I would suggest you to follow these steps and check if it helps:

• Go to the 'Start' menu
• Select 'Devices and Printers'
• Double Click on your printer
• Click on 'Printer' at the top left
• Go down and uncheck 'use printer offline'
• PRINT
