Windows 10: Printer Error - 0x00000002

We upgraded all of our computers to Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 3. All computers run Windows 11 Home. All computers have been able to successfully install and use the various printers, except one. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the printers, changed ports, changed IP addresses, and no luck. The computer let's us install the printers just fine, but then when you try and print we get this error: Operation could not be completed error 0x00000002. The system cannot find the file specified.The two printers in question are Canon C5250 and Canon C5500 - both which use the Canon Gener

Cannot connect to printer (error 0x00000771, error 0x00000002)

I'm having difficulties connecting to a printer from my computer. When I tried to directly access the printer and see if there were printing jobs backed up, I got a message telling me that the printer had been deleted (error 0x00000771).
I then deleted the icon, and tried going through the process of redownloading the driver. I then got the following message: printer driver was not installed. Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000002).

I am unsure how to proceed.

Step 1: Go to store.
Step 2: Buy a less shitty printer.
Step 3: Pick up some beer while you are there.
Step 4: Enjoy both your new printer and your beer.

In all seriousness, I have had more issues with Lexmark printers and their shitty drivers then any other manufacturer, HP is a close second though.

However, if you don't want to get a new printer*Laugh :laugh:, and I can understand that, when my Lexmark was giving me the same troubles in Win7(and Vista) I had to make sure the Windows firewall was ON and the firewall service was enabled and running. After I shared it I could re-disable the firewall and firewall services.

To be sure that you followed my suggestion correctly, I will specify some steps: CP>devices and printers>add a printer>the printer that I want isn't listed>add a local printer with manual settings>define port>Windows update and install
