    I uninstalled & reinstalled the printer, it is connected with wires, could it be a network problem? iT WORKED UNTIL POSSIBLE AN UPDATE. The printer does work but not communicating with what I want to print from my computer. I have Norton for protection. My printer printed up until about 2 months ago.

    Verify that the USB cable is properly and securely connected to the Reader Digital Book and the computer.
    NOTE: The USB cable should be connected directly to the computer. Connecting the Reader Digital Book using a USB hub or extension cable is not supported.
