Windows 10: Powershell v1.0 Popups

I need HELP!! I keep getting this blank blue screen like command prompt popup box. The title that in the top left-hand corner says "c /windows/SysWOW64/windowspowershell/v1.0/powershell.exe"I have tried just about everything. I disabled it in the startup and the task manager, tried getting rid of it in the Group Security Policy gpedit.msc, but it said the Group Security Policy could not be found. I go to the Apps to un-install it and it's not listed. At this point do I need to get Windows 11 re-installed?Denise

PowerShell instead of Commandline in Creators Update

Interestingly enough my personal laptop just got the update...and still has Command Prompt listed, not PowerShell...

Edit: Not that it matters...I use both regularly. *Toast :toast:

I would give the other 3 options mentioned in the first guide:

• STEP 3: Use HitmanPro to scan for malware and unwanted programs
• (Optional) STEP 4: Reset the browser settings to their original defaults
• (Optional) STEP 5: Double-check for malicious programs with Zemana AntiMalware
