Windows 10: PowerBeats Pro will not connect and stay connected to Windows 10 PC

I have a set of PowerBeats Pro earbuds that I have paired with my Windows 10 Surfacebook 2. When I try to connect to these earbuds though, it connects for all of 5 seconds and then disconnects and I cannot use them at all. Even when Windows says it is connected to them, I cannot hear any audio and the PowerBeats do not show up in my list of playback devices when I try to select them for use. I can see them as a disconnected option in the "Sound" window, but it will not allow me to do anything with it like setting it as the default audio device.


Has anyone else had a similar problem that has been able to resolve it?

powerbeats 3 windows vs mac experience

i used powerbeats on a imac first. the experience was flawless. on widnows, well. not so good.

• cant adjust volume / on mac i can
• cant read battery lvl / on mac i can
• choppy connection at leats twice a day (veery low connection distance) / on mac its exceeds my expectations

is there any chance that MS could make this work? i mean is it really that hard for a multi billion dollar company? i mean powerbeats are famous enough. one could hope for a better experience on windows.

google is your friend. and that's not meant to be mean or anything, but using google and everything i've said you can find step by step tutorials.

first what version(s) of windows do you have? you have to know and make note because instructions will differ depending on that.

connecting two computers using crossover cables

your wireless will just stay like it is, just make sure they don't use the same address (ex:192.168.0.101) , that will come up in the tutorials.

Yes it is up to date anyway we dint get the windows 10 update though for lumia 925

no i am not

yes it is perfectly working with other devices checked with samsung, moto what not only with windows i am stuck
