Windows 10: Power mode Balanced and Power efficiency are performing opposite of each other in my MSI...

When my device is on charging, I am not sure if it is true I think power mode 'Balanced' and 'Best Power Efficiency' has switched their role. or it may also be possible that Balanced mode is unstable than rest of the two modes. Setting to power saving mode will save more power. Optimum power efficiency provides better performance per watt, but it does not save more power.
