Windows 10: pop up blocker set to "allow" computer still blocking pop-ups

Discus and support pop up blocker set to "allow" computer still blocking pop-ups in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I have set pop-up blocker to "allow" for a site I need to allow pop ups.     Pop-up blocker helps user to prevent pop-ups from displaying in a user's Web browser.

    Follow these steps to block pop-ups in Internet Explorer:

    • Open Internet Explorer.
    • Open the gear icon at the upper right of the Internet Explorer.
    • Select Internet Options.
    • Under Privacy tab, put a check mark on Turn on Pop-up Blocker.
    • Click OK.
    Follow these steps to block pop-ups in Microsoft Edge:

    • Open Microsoft Edge.
    • Open More (icon with three dots) and select Settings.
    • Click View advanced settings.
    • Turn Block pop-ups to On.

    POP UP BLOCKER

    To Turn pop-ups off

    -------------

    Chrome

    -------------

    Open Chrome

    Upper right corner, click " a small 3 straight dot icon", > Settings

    Roll to the bottom, click Advanced

    Under "Privacy and security," click Content settings

    Click Pop-ups and redirects., turn the setting to Allowed or add the web site to the list

    FireFox

    -------------

    In the upper right corner, Click "three horizontal bars"

    Click Options > the Privacy and Security tab

    Uncheck the Block pop-up windows box below Permissions.

    To allow specific pop-ups, click Exceptions and enter the URL(s).

    Close the window

    IE 9 or later

    -------------------

    Upper right corner ( a small "gear" icon ), Click Internet Options.

    Select the Privacy tab.

    Uncheck Turn on Pop-up Blocker to disable the pop-up blocker.

    To disable pop-up blockers for specific sites, click the "Settings" at the right of "Pop-up Blocker" button

    Click OK.
