Windows 10: PLS HELP URGENTLY. I MIGHT LOSE ALL MY WORK!! Laptop won't log me in as work User!

PLS HELP URGENTLY. I MIGHT LOSE ALL MY WORK!! On my laptop, I originally had a local user setup under my work email. Later, under the same work user, I made a personal email account this time. Later, again, I deleted that email associated with the personal account but my work email was still functional and there. Recently, I signed out of my work user and made a personal user, and then when I go back to login as my work user, it doesn't show and asks for an email and password. I tried my work email and password, it just doesn't work. I know my username and password very well. BUT IT KEEPS DEMA

Xbox and OneDrive won´t log in sometimes

For some reason my one computer won´t log on to the Xbox app and OneDrive. My other computer on the other hand works perfectly fine. I can´t seem to find to reason and even tried with a factory reset and still the same issue. Help?

I´ve allready tried deactivating the firewall and even rebooting the computer
