Windows 10: Pls help, my laptop/windows is going crazy

I need help pls, my laptop is going crazy its happening for days now.I cannot explain/describe the issue of the problem but i have a video link.https://youtu.be/SojFSHonPE0You can see the bar on the bottom is going crazy, the same thing that's happening whenever i open apps specially google chrome, It doesn't let me type to the search bar because of it and it is testing my patience and unfortunately, it drives me insane.I don't know how to fix this but it would be so helpful if someone helps me resolve this issue asap

Hi Somebody50, I have a few suggestions that shouldn't be that difficult.

1) Check for a BIOS update. While you're at the manufacturers website, check for chipset and display drivers or other recommended driver updates. Please ask if you require assistance.

2) If your PC is still misbehaving after updating drivers, perform a clean boot to determine if any third-party apps are creating or contributing to this fan issue.

3) Please update your details under "My Computer" and list a model number, cpu and drive info (SSD or HDD).

4) Check if you have any warranty coverage available.

There are more tests available if these don't provide sufficient info, one step at a time.

Method 1: Run the
Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check.



Hardware and Devices troubleshooter checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

• Right click on the start menu and select control panel.
• In the category select small icons.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Please follow the steps to
run System Maintenance troubleshooter on the computer:

• Type “Control Panel” on the search box.
• Click on Troubleshooting.
• Click on View all option on the left side of the Windows.
• Click on System Maintenance option.
• Click on Next and follow the onscreen instructions to troubleshoot the issue.

As you have mentioned that you have reinstalled Windows 10; it might be hardware issue if the about steps didn't help in resolving the problem I suggest you to contact PC manufacturer for further support. Thank you.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
