Windows 10: Please Microsoft answer this question

when i was playing in my windows 10,the drive error popup always,its said restart your pc.i dont know what to do,when i search it in youtube and google,someone said that if you restart or fix the drive errors,all your file in disk gonna lost,and i dont know how to backup.can someone help me how to backup all the files,and program files in backup app like google drive?please i need help.

I would be glad to clarify my February 6 reply to your question if you explain your confusion. If you've received new updates on your Windows 7 computer since February 6, open Windows Update, click the link for "View update history" and list the updates
you're confused about.

The following, for example, are the updates I've received since February 6 on a Windows 7 system. Although it looks like a lot of updates, they are, in fact, the very updates listed in my February 6 reply:

• "signature" updates for Microsoft Security Essentials or Windows Defender; in the list below, these are the different "versions" of KB915597
  
• for another Microsoft product installed on your computer, such as Microsoft Office 2016;
  in the list below, these are
  • the February and March versions of the "Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool" KB 890830
  • update for Microsoft Word 2016
  • update for Microsoft Office 2016
  • update for Microsoft Skype for Business 2016
