Windows 10: Please help me identify these two beeps!

There is a two beep sound exactly 1 min apart the pitches are exactly F and C above middle C Could someone tell me what these pitches are coming from they could be coming from a notification by computer or phone Can someone tell me if they recognize theme? Please?

• Right-click the Start icon, then select Control Panel.
  
• Choose the Large icons option from the View by drop down list found on the upper-right part of the Control Panel window.
  
• Locate and choose Sound.
  
• Go to the Sounds tab when the Sound wizard pops out.
  
• Locate and click Default Beep.
  
• Choose None from the Sounds drop-down list.
  
• Click Apply, then OK.

no beeps at bootup

When i turn it on the fans do spin, I tried DanTheBanjoman's suggestion and no beeps I took ram out and no beeps, I took battery and ram out and still no beeps I even tried a video card and still no beeps.
