Windows 10: Please help me fix this

I have just purchased a new Surface Studio Laptop 32GB of ram, Core i7, and tb of space I've have it for two weeks and just last night it stopped working without being plugged in. The battery percentage is missing and the only time I see it is after restarting the computer which is does everytime I unplug it because it completely shuts off and doesn't turn back on if I don't plug it back in but when I see the battery it has a X in it. I've spent 2500$ on this thing and I've had it for two weeks. This is fusterating. I've tried everything I possibly can, every single thing I've looked up an
