HP Printer shows Offline

I understand that your HP printer is offline. I’ll certainly assist you with this.



However, please let us know:

• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Which build version of Windows is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
  

I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the HP article
HP Printers - Printer is Offline (Windows) and see if that helps.

HP All In One Printer/Scanner/FAX J6400 series - Can't scan w/Windows 10

I have done everything that you have suggested and Windows 10 still will not allow me to scan. All my HP drivers are current and the HP online help process indicates that my printer is fine and online. Any other suggestions?

 

New printer will not connect to Windows 7 computer Network.

I have a HP Windows 7 computer. I just purchased an HP ENVY 6458e printer and it will not attach to the Network. Any suggestions? Is my computer just to old to support the printer?
