Windows 10: Plantronics Voyager BT300 Sound With Windows 10

I connected to my laptop. I can hear that device is connected, however, I cannot hear any sound when using various applications, i.e., Netflix, Lifesongs, Zoom meetings. Any suggestions on what might be wrong.


I've checked and have the latest Bluetooth and Windows 10 drivers.

Nokia 6085 & Plantronics Voyager 510

I had the same problem with my Nokia 6085 and Plantronics Voyager 510, until I looked it up on the Plantronics website.

Here are the instructions:

1. Turn on Bluetooth

2. Turn on the Plantronics Voyager 510

3. Press the call button and the volume up button until the light is flashing red and blue. Headset is now ready to be linked to the phone.

4. Select Pair Devices (Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Bluetooth > Paired Devices). You will see the Plantronic name on the phone. Pair the device and you are ready to use it!

Plantronic Voyager Legend problem or Nokia Lumia 1520?

My Nokia 625 disconnect my Plantronics Legend at the same time every call. No issue when paired with PC using Lync - very frustrating

 

Plantronic Voyager Legend problem or Nokia Lumia 1520?

My Plantronics Voyager Legend works really well on my HTC Radar 4G Windows 7.5 without any problems. I just bought Nokia Lumia 1520 and I am finding out that Plantronics Voyager Legend and 1520 don't work well together. Most of the time when calls comes
in I can hear the person on my Voyager Legend for few seconds then automatically switch to the 1520 for few seconds then switch back to Voyager Legend. I wonder Windows 8 is the problem because I never had any issues with Windows 7.5. Another issues with
1520 is when I shut down my 1520 and reboot, Bluetooth is disabled in setting, I had to turn the Bluetooth back on every time after rebooting. On my HTC Radar 4G after rebooting the phone Bluetooth is always on, why 1520 is shutting the Bluetooth? I am not
sure what is going on, I need help! I think HTC is much better product than Nokia.
