Windows 10: Phone Link with iPhone broke and won't pair

An update a few days ago to Phone Link broke. After deleting the pairings on both sides, rebooting, repairing, resetting I still cannot get my phone to pair. It starts the pairing process, i am able to hit 'Pair' on both devices, but then I get the circle of death spinning forever. When I look in Bluetooth it always creates two Bluetooth devices, one called 'iPhone' and one that is my actual phone. Looking on my phone, the Bluetooth device of my laptop is paired, but just a generic pairing. The circle 'i' info page just says 'Device Type' and "Forget This Device". The Link to Windows app

iPhone 11 wont' pair with Phone Link (O/S Windows 11)

I am unable to pair my iPhone with Phone Link.

• Windows 11 is updated
  
• Link to Windows is updated and installed on my iPhone
  
• PC is paired with the iPhone, and vice versa
  

I don't see Phone Link listed as an installed app under settings

Phone Link is listed as a default app under the settings

Phone Link is turned on as a start up, although it is listed as "not measured"

The pairing was successful until last fall and now isn't working.

 

Phone Link won´t let me select iPhone

Hi, I am trying to pair my iPhone with Phone Link, however, when starting the Phone Link app it wont let me select from Android or iPhone, it will just automatically pick up Android for no reason, can anyone help me with that? I´ve been trying for hours
