Windows 10: Persistent unknown cause of BSODs "IRQL NOT EQUAL" and "KMODE EXCEPTION"

Please let me know what sort of information you need to help me troubleshoot what exactly is wrong.Here's what I've already done,- Updated all drivers- Rolled back all drivers- Reinstalled Windows 10- Re-seated SSD and RAM sticks laptop- SFC, SCANDISK, DISM all ran numerous times- Windows Memory Diagnostics has no errors found- Bluescreenviewer just keeps throwing me the same crash address ntoskrnl.exe+3fd800 or 3df640- Ran Driver Verifier, BSOD once and then couldn't turn on so I had to switch off in Safe mode- Disabled Bluetooth devices as a suspected cause- All Windows Updates installed

1. Did you installed Windows 10 on this computer before?
   
2. Are you trying to install Windows by booting from the disc or USB?
   
3. When you says MBR – GPT, May I know the complete error message that you are receiving, when you are installing Windows?
   
4. Did you unplugged all the external device, apart from Mouse and keyboard?
   

Usually, IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL / KMODE EXCEPTION HANDLED errors are seen if there are faulty hardware, drivers or anti-virus programs. As you are trying to install Windows 10, you can try the steps to perform a Custom Installation
of Windows 10 by booting from a disc or USB.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL could be due to faulty hardware problem, faulty system service problem and KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED could be due to Hardware incompatibility and Faulty device driver or system service

kmode exception not handled

I have been getting random errors that have been causing BSOD on my computer. There has been IRQL not less or equal, stop mode exception, and kmode exception not handled. I have no idea what is causing these issues. Always happens while playing games as well and graphics driver and all other drivers are up to date

 

BSOD: Kmode exception not handled AND driver irql not less or equal afd.sys

Hello there,

over the past several months I have been getting blue screen of deaths on my gaming PC once every 5-10 days or so, at random. 95% of the BSODs show the error code "kmode exception not handled" while just today I got a new message that read "driver irql not
less or equal - afd.sys". I have read that it could possibly be a driver issue, a memory issue, or even a bios issue. Id really appreciate help that could guide me in any of these directions. I have also read that minidumps could be of help, which I have located.
I can provide some of these if necessary. Thanks!
