Windows 10: Persistent Blue Screen- - Seeking Assistance

Hi there,A while back, my PC started encountering frequent Blue Screens. I reinstalled windows and for a couple of months everything was fine, then it started happening again, reinstalled windows, everything fine and now it started happening again. After the bsod, it doesn't restart and it just gets stuck there forever. The bsod' s were as frequent as once a week to a couple times a day.Note: When reinstalling I wiped everything from C: but kept my files from D: i don't know if this is called a "clean" installationI don't really know what informations I should add so feel free to ask but I
