Windows 10: PERMANENTLY DO NOT allow windows to turn off this device to save power

Some but not all, so it's not predictable Windows 10 updates reset the power management options for USBs under the Device Manager to "allow windows to turn off this device to save power."Is there anyway to prevent this?

Power Management settings from the Device Manager
and check if it helps.

  Find and double-click Network adapters.
  
• 
  Right-click the device listed and click on
  Properties.
  
• Navigate to Power Management tab and uncheck the option
  Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

Bluetooth Headset turns off every 10 minutes

We appreciate your prompt reply. Power management may affect your bluetooth devices after being idle, we suggest that you disable the option to allow the computer to turn off the device to save power. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Right-click on Start, and select Device Manager.
• In Device Manager, click the arrow next to Bluetooth, and select the Bluetooth radio.
• Right-click the Bluetooth radio and select Properties.
• Select the Power Management tab, and see if there is a check next to
  Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

Fingerprint issue/Power Management

already tried the credentials service one, not of any help. I guess the only fix is from the power management tab

1. Press Windows Key + X and choose Device Manager from the list

2. When Device Manager opens, locate your fingerprint reader. It should be located in Biometric Devices section.

3.Right click your fingerprint reader and choose Properties

4. Navigate to Power Management tab and uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

5. Click OK to save changes.


I want to follow this step but I cannot find the power management tab.
