Windows 10: permanent disable on-screen keyboard activated by xbox series controller on window 11

I have just got xbox game pass. But when I started to play games from microsoft store, I found an issue using xbox series controller.Some games require pressing the left joystick. After I pressed the joystick, the on-screen keyboard popped out and I cannot control my game anymore. I have to turn it off back to resume my game. Many games require immediate response and this action had caused my death in the game a few times. This issue is very annoying and it happens every time I press my left joystick. But it does not appear games that I purchased on steam. Please help me to fix this problem.

Yes. I also followed the steps provided my Microsoft

• windows 10 KB number for OS Build is greater than the one listed
• the controller firmware is up to date from the Xbox Accessories app.
