Windows 10: PC's detection of speaker's problem

Discus and support PC's detection of speaker's problem in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I have two standard speakers attached with the PC via USB port. But the PC cannot find the speakers and thus, I cannot use the speakers. Please help...     I have two standard speakers attached with the PC via USB port. But the PC cannot find the speakers and thus, I cannot use the speakers. Please help solve this problem.

    No Speakers or Headphones detected

    Hi,

    This issue may have been caused by a corrupted Audio driver or defective audio port.

    To better understand this concern please answer the following questions:

    • Are you still able to play music using a built-in speakers?
    • Have you tried using other headphones or external speakers?

    We also suggest that you run audio troubleshooter by following these steps:

    • Type "troubleshooting" on the search box.
    • Select Troubleshooting on the result.
    • Click View all.
    • Choose Playing Audio then follow the instructions.

  3. Speakers suddenly having problems

    As you are facing issues with accessing the speakers on your device. Do not worry we will help you with this issue.

    Do let us know the following to assist you better with this issue:

    • What is the make and model of your device?
    • Have you made any changes to the operating system that might have resulted in this issue?
    • Are you referring to the external speakers/ laptop speakers?
    • If you are referring to external speakers, were you able to detect the device?

    Let us try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

    Step 1: I suggest you to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

    Hardware and Devices troubleshooter
    checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

    • Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
      Troubleshooting and select it.
    • Click on view all option on the upper left corner of
      Troubleshooting window.
    • Select the Hardware and Device
      options from the list.
    • Click Next to run the
      Hardware and Device
      Troubleshooter.

    Step 2: I recommend you to install all the pending updates on your device and check if it helps.

    Steps:

    • Connect to the internet.
    • Press Windows key and type updates.
    • Click on Check for updates.
    • Under Windows Updates, click on Check for updates.
    • Try to install the updates being shown.

    Bluetooth not detected my speaker

    Hi Ariff,

    The challenge you're experiencing with connecting your Bluetooth speaker to your PC might be due to a misconfiguration of the device driver. That being said, we advise running the troubleshooter for Bluetooth problems to help you rectify the issue. Running
    the troubleshooter will scan and fix your PC for any issues detected with the configuration of your Bluetooth. Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter:

    • Click the Start button.
    • Go to Settings.
    • Select Update & Security >
      Troubleshoot.
    • Select Bluetooth under
      Find and fix other problems.
    • Click Run the troubleshooter.
    • If prompted, click Yes or enter the administrator password.
    • Follow the onscreen instruction.
