Windows 10: PCI Standard Host CPU Bridge

Drivereasy is saying that the driver is out of date, saying from 2006, and trying to update it to AMD IOMMU Device, but it's not worked, no matter what I've tried. I can't find a download for it from Microsoft itself. I am having some other issues and I want to see if updating this driver helps before I do more research/make another post about those issues. Even if it doesn't, I feel like that driver should be updated now.

Finding the latest Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller Driver

Well thank you so much. THAT answers my question, although it doesn't give me hope. When I look at the driver details, mostly for system devices it says the provider is Microsoft, digital signer MS Windows. does that not mean Microsoft is the owner/creator/supporter
of the driver?

I have a list of out of date drivers provided by an AVG scan and, as a person with little disposable income and some spare time, I wanted to try to update them myself, rather than spending the money for the AVG subscription.

The list includes things such as: HD Audio Controller and

PCI standard host CPU bridge, both showing Microsoft as the driver provider.

I have installed all the optional and important updates for windows 7 except for the language packs. and it didn't do the trick.

Where do I go from there?
