USB cable will not plug into my 6555.

As promised here is my follow up.

I went to Best Buy and talked to the sales team lead. The cable that was packaged in the 6555 box has a *mini* USB connection. The pjone requires a *micro* USB connection. So, my assessment that the cable end would not fit was accurate. The box was missing
a small adapter that converts the mini cable end to a micro cable end. He offered to sell me a universal USB cable with the adapter included for half the listed retail price. I paid $8.00. (better than the $30 for a CA-101 from Nolia).

The adapter fits the 6555 USB port. I tried both the universal cable and the Nokia cable to link to 2 of my PCs (w/ Win XP) after installing the Nokia PC Suite. Neither worked. It seems that the PC does not recognize that the phone is there. I know there
are other posts with related issues on this forum. So I will drop this thread and search for answers to the latest problem.

Thank you to all the folk who have shown an interest here and posted your thoughts / suggestions.. Regards, Bryan
