Windows 10: PC seems to be corrupted Properties doesn't work on any app, sfc /scannow doesn't work and...

I have been dealing with a lot of issues on my computer for a while now, they didn't really matter much up until now where it has started getting annoying. After downloading an app called "VoiceMeter" my computer started having some issues. The properties button does not work at all, I can't update my windows anymore, my NVIDIA Control Panel doesn't open and I cannot run sfc /scannow on my computer anymore. I wanted to send my pc to a professional to get it checked out and hopefully repaired but I feel like I should try my luck here first, so I decided to come on here to ask for help. My accou

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Double Tap to wake doesn`t work at my Lumia 620. I have all on in settings but still doesn`t work. I`m pretty sure that in update AMBER or BLACK this function works properly. But after DENIM update doesn`t. Maybe you are planning some update for this future
?
