Windows 10: PC randomly crashes, often while playing games

A few months ago I bought and installed some new parts for my PC PSU, GPU, CPU, SSD, CPU cooler. Ever since then, my PC has randomly been crashing without bluescreening, without creating minidumps, and without providing any useful information in Event Viewer. It seems to mainly happen when I'm playing games and on a Discord call at the same time, but sometimes occurs for seemingly no reason.Most of the time, these crashes happen for anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, and then seemingly stop for a month or two. PC crashes randomly when playing games.

Is this the SATA or M.2 design? If you have a secondary SSD/HDD then you should try to install a game there and see if it still crashes, to rule out the possibilities. Porbably important too to know if this just happened randomly or was this issue there when you first got the PC?
