Windows 10: Pc power cycles at random times-event viewer flooded with Metadata staging failed errors.

I have tried everything I can think of to prevent my PC from randomly power cycling-it happens on certain websites on chrome, and when trying to run a certain game but thats it. My event viewer is flooded with these Meta data stagin errors. Occasionally it will happen at random. Ive run stress tests, ive reinstalled windows twice and still havent found the source of the problem. Ive tried disconnecting my graphics card, and testing memory to no avail. Nothing seems to work. Please advise-

You didn't understand me, I'm using Windows 10 Professional 64bit, on which I have VMware Workstation installed (Forget I mentioned VMware, my OS is Windows 10 Pro 64bit)

Anyway, your way didn't work and the errors keep getting logged in the Event Viewer

Do you have any other suggestions on how to fix this error (Metadata staging failed, for Event ID:131) ?

The 4 different containers that need fixing are listed as issues word for word below:
Metadata staging failed, result=0x80070490 for container '{00000000-0000-0000-FFFF-FFFFFFFFFFFF}'
Metadata staging failed, result=0x80070490 for container '{34153FC0-5E83-11ED-BA84-28D0EAAFAE5F}'
Metadata staging failed, result=0x80070490 for container '{056018F3-EA11-DE01-11C1-516050C076BC}'
Metadata staging failed, result=0x80070490 for container '{D397268A-724C-B4EF-D641-C9234BA2948B}'

These are the only prevalent issues I need help with fixing, since they remain in the Event Viewer program even after clearing all events/logs.

Hello, thank you for your reply, there are no blue screens, the pc just shuts down instantly, checking the event viewer I see a lot of metadata staging errors before the critical shutdown event.
