Windows 10: PC lags, audio lags and black screen

I made a post asking the same question and one member/staff/mod recommended me to use DDU and reinstall gpu driver after that as my DMP file state that there is an issue with my graphic card driver.however, after doing so, the problem still persist and for some reason, when looking in the event viewer, they state that dump file failed to be created. Im not sure why as this happened only after using DDU.Im not sure if the following errors in the event viewer could have caused this problem.1. The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local

Random lag spikes

Hi,

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

Screen going black for a second after lag then coming back then more lag then black screen again

ok so I downloaded a game from steam played the game for several days and even had mods for the game then out of the blue screen goes black still hearing noise then I have to turn off my laptop and then turn it back on. when I got back on the computer lags
then black screens then everything comes back on and continually does this when ever I try doing something. so I thought it might be the game and its mods so I got rid of them all and still the problem continues. also the problem continues even out of the
game and just moving the mouse around causes it to lag and then black screen come back lag black screen repeat

pc audio lagging with usb headset.

straight to the point, i said it all in the title except for one thing. i have no other headsets so i cant test it out to see if its just the headset. also when the audio lags the video/game usually lags too (non audio)
