    Hello and thanks for reading my post! I’m not quite sure if this is the correct sub for this inquiry, but I’ve posted here previously and everyone was super helpful with resolving past issues.

    Ultimately, as the title suggests, I keep getting that “Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart”. I am not quite sure if the issue could be hardware or software related. I did a fresh install of Windows 10, I think, using a USB drive and now I’m still having the same issue, except now I have a new Windows.old folder with previous files. Not quite sure how to proceed with a resolution, as trying solutions from YouTube videos have been unsuccessful thus far.. Any help or tips are highly appreciated at this point!

    Hey. My PC frequently shows the error message that 'Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart'. What are the possible ways you can suggest to avoid this issue in the future as I cannot keep using it with such frequent restarts.
