Windows 10: PC keeps freezing and restarting, and I don't know why.

Hello everybody,

For some reason I get that error every time I use my pc. I get a blue screen and the pc restarts, sometimes freezes. I can`t use it more than 5 minutes and this error pops up...

I google the error and I stumbled upon a video that might have the answer to my problem.

The guy said that I need to restore the registries because the error might be caused by a registry change.

I tried to follow the steps but I got another error.

Once in command prompt I try to type: " C:\> CD Windows\System32 ". But I can`t go any further because I get the error: " The system cannot find the path specified.

I don`t know what to do, I was thinking to reinstall the windows but I have a lot of files on it so I would rather not, and t be hones I don`t even know I that would solve my problem.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
