Windows 10: PC keeps crashing from a bugcheck

My PC has been crashing and rebooting at seemingly random intervals. I'm not sure if there's a specific app or method to trigger the crash.I checked the forum for similar issues, and have since reset my PC, updated the chipset firmware, physically reinstalled the memory sticks, but the issue still persists.The key event I think from the event viewer listed the issue as follows://The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 0xffffc20e8f2e1460, 0xfffff8025c971b20, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x00000

PC Keeps crashing from a bugcheck

My PC crashes whenever I try to play games on high settings but not when I lower them. Whenever I look to see what's crashing my pc I get a bugcheck error:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0xfffffd84f8736df8, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000001, 0xfffff801082f5a7f). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: fa1a6cd6-d97c-419c-8788-a34ca3c8a27c.

I have a pretty high end pc build and should be having no problems running games, I've tried what I could but the results are the same. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

However, please let us know:

• Do you receive a Blue Screen when the computer crash?
  
• When exactly does the computer crash?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  

If you are receiving a Blue screen error then, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
Troubleshoot blue screen errors.



I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to
C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.

Random pc crashs

i recently descovered my ram was poor in my pc and needed renewing and it was causeing problems installnig WOW but now my pc is randomly crashing is this due to the same problem the errorr log shows this

any ideas?
