Windows 10: PC issues causing a black screen on startup.

Hello, recently I've been having issues with my computer. I usually use it to play games and haven't had problems with it for the four years since I've had it. I have a Samsung SSD, 32GB of Corsair vengeance ram, RTX 3080, I9 9900k, and an RM850 Corsair power supply. All these parts are connected to an MSI z390-a pro motherboard. Now the first issue I noticed with my computer was that occasionally, regardless of what I was doing, the screen I was using would show artefact for a split second. I thought nothing of it, but after a few days, my taskbar and anything windows related froze. I waited
