Windows 10: PC Freezes Randomly with a Loud Buzzing Noise

Hi everyone, I'm new to PC building and gaming, and I built my PC 6 months ago. Since I built it, my PC crashes during boot-up shortly after I sign in, freezing and making a loud buzzing sound. It usually crashes 1 to 3 times before functioning properly. When checking the Event Viewer, I consistently see the Kernel-Power critical event Event ID 41.My build includes an i7-14700K CPU, a 4070 Super GPU, an AORUS Z790 Elite X WiFi 7 motherboard, a Corsair RM850x 2024 PSU, a WD Black SN850x SSD, and 32GB of DDR5 Corsair RAM. I am fairly certain all my drivers are up to date, but am not 100% sure

Computer randomly freezing with loud buzzing noise

First post here, and hoping to get some help.

For about a month or so now, my computer would randomly freeze with a loud buzzing noise coming from my speakers. It seems like it usually happens when I have Chrome up and watching either Twitch or YouTube. The only other thing I have up is Discord and Fortnite.

The freezes seem to happen pretty sporadically, sometimes several times a day while sometimes it won't happen for a couple of days. I can't for the life of me figure out what the issue is.

The things I've tried:
Turn off hardware accelerator
Updated video card driver
Windows Fresh Start
Using a different browser

Any help would be tremendously appreciated.

i'm having a lot of problems on my Windows 10 machine and to be honest i'm giving up on it, it used to run games well but now it crashes with a loud buzzing sound even in games that it used to run flawlessly, any help will be appreciated since no one i know has wanted or cared to help me, i've tried updating drivers, windows memory check, updating motherboard drivers, checking drive health and none proved effective, even clean installs of windows won't help, what do i do?
