Windows 10: PC freezes on start up — cannot load windows and keeps showing blue screen

Hello,My PC keeps on freezing on the windows loading screen. It will show that it is loading, but then completely freeze up and sometimes I can’t even turn off my pc unless I turn it off from the plug itself. Usually, before it gets to the windows screen, it shows a blue screen that has the error code 0xc0000225. The option it will give me is to press F8 for start up options, or enter to load windows. When I try to open up windows in safe mode or any of the options, it freezes. If I press enter, it will freeze. I have attempted to reinstall windows using a usb. It froze on the installation pag

Friends computer freezing at windows loading screen

Ok my friend is having problems with his computer right now. Basically it crashed on the windows loading screen. This is what he told me on MSN.

Now i'm not too sure what the problem is. I suggested doing a repair install with the xp disk (i'll be giving him that tomorrow) but in the mean time do any of you have any ideas?

 

Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well

Windows 10 PC won't boot - blue screens or freezes in loading screen

My problems started the other day while playing PUBG. My computer froze after exiting a match, but that's happened before so I didn't think much of it. When I tried to restart, the computer wouldn't boot past the loading screen; it
either freezes while the little dot circle is spinning or blue screens.
Stop codes that have come up with blue screen:

• apc index mismatch
• whea uncorrectable error
• kernel auto boost invalid lock release
• unexpected kernel mode trap
• page fault in nonpaged area
• kernel security check failure
• irql not less or equal

I've tried to boot into a Windows 10 USB drive made with the windows media creation tool thing to repair or reinstall Windows, but it freezes or blue screens when trying that as well.

I also tried to install Ubuntu from a usb drive, but the PC either just restarts or comes up with hardware errors. Here's a picture of the Ubuntu errors (sorry it's a little blurry).

I also tried to update bios and reset bios. Computer is running Windows 10. I don't think I can get dump files considering I can't even get the computer to start in safe mode. Here's the parts list for my pc if that helps at all: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/yg2FFd

Seems like it may be the cpu, but not sure. Any help is appreciated.
