Windows 10: PC freeze after few minutes of usage

Hello.i want to find a solution about my crashing PC, i wonder if someone can help me.so at first i use my computer normally, but then it starts freezing, i can't click anything, can't do Ctrl + Alt + Del, after a while it shows the blue screen of death with various code, sometimes it shows WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR if im not wrong or sometimes CRITICAL i forgot sorry. so i tried to boot in safe mode with connection, it works normally, even after 10 minutes or more. but then when i restart and use my PC on normal mode, it will began to freeze again after 2-5 minutes of usage, even if i do n

I'm positive the steps I took above fixed it. I went through 10 rounds in the underdome (well over an hour of gameplay) without a single freeze. Previously, I couldn't play 15 minutes without at least one freeze.
