Discus and support PC Crashed. Need Windows Product Key. Upgraded from Win 7 -> Win 10 in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have a PC that crashed and need to be a rebuild but I do not have a product key.My PC was running Windows 7 Ultimate that upgraded to Windows 10 Pro...     PC Crashed. Need Windows Product Key. Upgraded from Win 7 -> Win 10


    I have a PC that crashed and need to be a rebuild but I do not have a product key.My PC was running Windows 7 Ultimate that upgraded to Windows 10 Pro during the online upgrades.However I have read that that path no longer exists.What are my options?

    is hardware OK (Win 7) for upgrade to windows 10

    I think in one of the other PC with win 7 or win 8.1 I run media creators tools and in some step prompt/found graphics card not supported... for win 10. I didn't found alone reading specs of win 10, but the tool says me... after changed graphics card the tool said all OK and continued OK with upgrade... That I ask to reach this step in this current PC - win 7 - must be all OK for the upgrade? Or must continue to upgrade to show this?

    • Create media(DVD, USB stick, ISO)

    Why was I not asked for a product key when upgrading to Win 10?

    According to your spec you have Win 10 Pro, but perhaps that doesn't reflect your PC.

    You haven't stated which edition of Win 10 you have on this machine, nor what your Win 10 key is for.

    For example, if you already have Win 10 Pro and your key is Win 10 Home, that would be a retrograde step.
